Noormeds requires a valid prescription for orders that include any prescription drugs. Unfortunately, without a prescription Noormeds cannot confirm your order for delivery.
To track your order, enter the 15-digit order reference number in the Track Your Order section at the top right corner of the screen. A pop-up screen will appear, displaying the current order status.
Yes, you need to create an account before placing an order. Creating a user account gives us the necessary information we need to process and deliver your order. It also allows you to save your details so you can shop with convenience each time. By maintaining your account history, your Noormeds account allows you to simply recreate your order, which is perfect for quick refills! Your user profile is also helpful for maintaining your patient history, tracking your order, and notifying you about offers, discounts, and promotions.
Yes, all orders must be placed online through the website. As Pakistan’s only certified e-pharmacy, Noormeds ensures that all transactions on its platform are fast, convenient, and safe. Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an email from our team, containing your order number. You will then receive a confirmation email and SMS once your order is confirmed and ready to be processed. Yes. Even if we don’t carry a particular medicinal product, you can type it into the search bar and our product catalogue will show you all available substitutes.

 

Definitely! You can make changes to your order until you receive a confirmation email for that order. You will not be able to edit your order after your order has been confirmed.

20% discount on all purchases on Friday only (up to PKR 500 per order) and maximum offer limit is 2.

Deliveries

Standard Delivery: Standard delivery takes 3 working days. In case of any unexpected delays, please contact our customer support for assistance. Due to COVID-19’s impact on our supply chain, non-medicinal products may take up to 4-8 working days for delivery. Noormeds FAST: Available only in selected areas of Karachi. If your order falls in the FAST category, it will be delivered within 2 hours of order confirmation. Terms and conditions apply.

Yes, you can have your parcel delivered to an address different from your billing information.
When you place your order, you will be asked for your permanent address and your mailing address. Your order will be delivered to the mailing address.
If you choose to have your parcel delivered to you at work, always make sure you put the name of the company or organization in the address field.

Refund/Return

For information regarding returns and refunds, please contact our customer support for assistance.

• All refunds are processed according to the mode of payment while placing the order.
• All refunds timeframe will be marked from the day of request.

Reversal of a payment usually occurs within 15 working days, and in some cases, might exceed the given timeframe. The process involves intimation and verification of the payment at every step of a standard online transaction.
The reversal details are confidential and are subject to the trust between the merchant and the customer. Once, we forward the refund request, please bear in mind that the process is complicated and requires the aforementioned timeframe.

In special cases that are aligned with our Return Policy, reversals will be entertained for cash payments. The amount will be transferred to the customer’s Bank Account within a span of 3 working days. Customers are expected to provide their Bank Account details at info@noormeds.com at their earliest to avoid a cumbersome reversal process.
Noormeds cash refers to the ‘Virtual Cash’ given from Noormeds.com to its customers. They can use it while placing new orders in the future.* A customer can simply request for Noormeds Cash equal to the refund amount by calling our helpline
