Once you have placed your order with Noormeds, you will be emailed a receipt with a link to upload your prescription. Click on the link and follow the instructions to upload your prescription. You can also email your prescription to our pharmacists at info@noormeds.comOnce the prescription is uploaded, one of our pharmacists will contact you to confirm your order
Noormeds requires a valid prescription for orders that include any prescription drugs. Unfortunately, without a prescription Noormeds cannot confirm your order for delivery.
To track your order, enter the 15-digit order reference number in the Track Your Order section at the top right corner of the screen. A pop-up screen will appear, displaying the current order status.
Yes, you need to create an account before placing an order.
Creating a user account gives us the necessary information we need to process and deliver your order. It also allows you to save your details so you can shop with convenience each time. By maintaining your account history, your Noormeds account allows you to simply recreate your order, which is perfect for quick refills!

Definitely! You can make changes to your order until you receive a confirmation email for that order. You will not be able to edit your order after your order has been confirmed.
Yes. You can cancel your order anytime before shipment. Once the order has been shipped from our warehouses to you, you will not be able to cancel it.
Prices keep changing in an online store based on demand, response, season and trend. In such cases, we will not be able to refund the difference.

20% discount on medicinal products and 15% discount on non-medicinal products

Delivery charges for orders above PKR 500 is PKR 59. For anything else, shipment charges are PKR 200.

In case of online payment, the parcel will be delivered at the provided address for each order. For cash on delivery, please ensure that someone can complete the payment and receive the parcel on your behalf if you are not available.
Yes, a signature is needed when receiving prepaid parcels through our courier partners in order to maintain a record for future reference. No signature is needed for Cash on Delivery orders.

Refund/Return
Yes, you can return your order if the items delivered are faulty or do not match the item as described in the product catalogue. The returned items should be unused and must be in their original packaging.
When returning faulty orders, Noormeds bears the full cost of return and/or exchange of the delivered items.
Please check your package and notify us for any returns within 48 hours of delivery. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, Noormeds cannot accept any returns after 48 hours of delivery.
